Once we receive your email, we will setup your account to have access to your pet's records online through www.evetpractice.com. You will receive a confirmation email from us that your access has been setup, as well as further directions on how to obtain your pet's records online.  Please note that when you send us an email, it may take us a few days to respond with your request for your pet's online records to be setup.
